Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bv1188 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting service, the member agrees to these Terms in full.
bv1188 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Membership and Account Registration
To create an account at bv1188, the member must provide accurate and complete information. Details submitted at registration — name, mobile number, and email — must be truthful. bv1188 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the balances of all associated accounts may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To withdraw above a certain amount or to access the full benefits of an account, the member may be required to complete an identity verification process. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.
Age Limit and Eligibility
All services at bv1188 are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Registration on this platform or participation in any game or betting activity by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited.
If a member is found to have operated an account while being a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may not be returned. bv1188 may request age verification documents at any time if needed.

Account Security and Password
Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure. The username and password must never be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to place bets or play games from your account is prohibited.
4.1 Unauthorized Access
If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the bv1188 support team must be informed immediately. bv1188 will not be responsible for any transactions that occurred before the report was made.
4.2 OTP and Two-Factor Verification
For security purposes, bv1188 may require OTP verification for certain activities. Members are advised to keep their registered mobile number up to date at all times. To change a mobile number, contact support and complete identity verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit amount at bv1188 is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Every transaction must be made using the member's own payment method.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals:

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if KYC verification has not been completed or if the account is under review, processing may take longer.
5.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing using another person's account or withdrawing to a third-party bank account is not permitted. If such a transaction is identified, the account may come under review and the funds may be temporarily held.
Bonuses and Promotions
bv1188 offers various bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.
6.1 Weekly and Special Bonuses
The terms for other promotions at bv1188 are listed below:
- bv1188 Weekly Reload Reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳100.
- bv1188 Slot Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 20x; applicable to slot games only.
- bv1188 Weekend Cricket Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000; wagering 18x; once per weekend.
- bv1188 Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,000; wagering 10x; once per year.
- bv1188 Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳1,500; wagering 12x; for each successful referral.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; wagering requirements must be met first.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, bv1188 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and place the account under review.
- In any dispute related to bonuses, bv1188's decision is final.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Once all bets and game rounds at bv1188 are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or bet is not completed correctly due to a technical error, bv1188 reserves the right to void that round and return the stake amount.
7.1 Sports Betting
Please check the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet in sports betting markets. A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled or if specific conditions on the field are not met. In live betting, odds may change rapidly and such changes are considered accepted.
7.2 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games follow the RTP and gameplay rules of their respective third-party game providers. bv1188 does not alter game results — all outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
7.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is available across bv1188's four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. For example, if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv1188 platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and the associated balance may be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting
- Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or scripts
- Participating in match fixing or result manipulation
- Making transactions using stolen payment information or illegally obtained funds
- Attempting to intrude into or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software
- Harassing other members or spreading false information
- Demeaning support staff or filing complaints with false information
Account Suspension and Closure
bv1188 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Refusal to complete identity verification
- Detection of unusual or suspicious transactions on the account
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)
9.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact support. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any balance free of wagering requirements must be withdrawn.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
As part of responsible gaming, any member may request to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period (self-exclusion). While self-exclusion is active, no bets or games will be possible on the account.
Limitation of Liability
bv1188 endeavours to operate its platform and services to the highest standard. Nonetheless, bv1188's liability will be limited in the following cases:
- If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or third-party network issues
- If loss occurs due to a fault in the member's own device or software
- If service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues
- If loss occurs as a result of the member inadvertently disclosing their own login details
If there is a fault in a third-party game provider's software, bv1188 is not directly liable for any loss arising from that fault. However, in such cases, every effort will be made to return the member's stake amount.
Privacy and Personal Information
bv1188 takes the protection of members' personal information very seriously. Information provided at registration and thereafter is stored and processed under strict security measures.

bv1188 uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to protect data. However, members must also take responsibility for using the platform safely from their end — it is advised to avoid entering sensitive information on public Wi-Fi networks.
Amendment of Terms
bv1188 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the member's acceptance of the revised Terms.
